Alright, I have been neglecting this blog. I wouldn't say I've been busy, although I had to stay for extra hours at work still, I don't mind since there's this Service Incentive Programme which means pay rise(!)to $7.35 an hour. Of course there are times when I swear either I'll murder the taxpayer (who might not even have to contribute to the revenue of Singapore (and my pay) and thus do not deserve the title of taxpayer) complaining that the government is eating too much of their money. It's stupid. I'm sure these taxpayers are the ones eating the government's money. Nevermind if you ae rude and not even providing a single cent for my service, just don't force me to kill you). I just didn't feel like blogging. Considering that this is my 2nd job and probably the most fulfilling one so far (never mind if I only had 2 jobs and the job scope for my first job is data entry), I guess I should blog more about it although it would be pointless because I will be bonded to DSTA for 6 years and do not have the luxury of choosing the job I want. Of course I am satisfied with that arrangement since I have been aiming for it since I was 16 (even though now I think accountancy is a better path for me since I like maths and managing MONEY so much HAHA).

Since I am doing counter, I get to meet all kinds of people, >nice people, strange people, nasty people and etc. I think it is good exposure, even though I do not like it when they turn unpleasant and unreasonable. For someone like me, it is a good way to learn how to handle people. There are many other perks to working at IRAS. You have access to a database filled with all sorts of information about any taxpayer (provided you have the person's IC no) and you get to meet celebrities since no one are exempted from tax. My colleagues got to meet Elvin Ng, Thomas Ong and Allan Wu. Me? Unfortunately I have not met any famous people yet. But hopefully I will soon. =)

It has been nearly a month since I turned 19. It's shockingly near the big 21. I swear once the 10 turns into 20, I'll scream. Anything above 20 is just OLD.

I want to thank all my friends took time off to celebrate my birthday with me, the ij gang, the angklung people and the NLB people. It makes me feel really happy to know that I'm not the only person who cares about myself. I love my family and friends. =)

Cersarya has been on my blog for ages. She's one of my better pieces... but it's been more than 3 months since I've drawn or coloured anything. I probably can't produce the same standard anymore. I'm still trying to finish Khyrella but well, I guess I got bored and Khyrella is really tricky with that kind of lighting. But you're not interested in this are you? Saw something today that made me happy. I guess it is the little things people (especially those closest to you) do that cheers you up right? Whether they are doing it for you or others, these little acts of love and affection just reinforces the idea that 'Love makes the world goes round'. Of course, I also stand by 'Money helps the earth

This entry is taking a long time to complete. I started typing this since last month I think and I'm still typing it after a month. Many things have happened and there are many things to do, with nothing properly confirmed yet. Everything is just tentatively like that... hopefully some things can be confirmed yet. It is tiring waiting.

I am going to post this up today (18/3/2007) no matter what happens. And I am going to reply all the tags and visit all the blogs. At least there will be one less thing I need to do.
